Roberta K. Henault

Bio

Roberta has focused her practice on all areas of Virginia domestic relations and family law. For more than twenty years, she has gained experience and strengthened her skills advocating for her clients in cases involving equitable distribution of assets and liabilities, child support and spousal support, child custody and visitation, protective orders, adoption, and the negotiation and preparation of marital agreements and premarital agreements.

Roberta has represented numerous military members and spouses and therefore has a unique knowledge of issues affecting these individuals, including division of retired pay, survivor benefits, and medical, commissary and exchange privileges.

Roberta also helps Virginia families through her estate planning practice.
